KARACHI – A senior official of Sindh Police was spotted serving tea to politicians on stage during a gathering, apparently arranged by the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), a day earlier.
A video circulating on social media shows a senior superintendent of police (SSP) serving the cups of tea to the political leaders while the identity of the officer is yet to be determined.
The video also shows PPP stalwart Saeed Ghani sitting on the stage while a photo of President Asif Ali Zardari can also be seen behind it.
Meanwhile, Sindh Inspector General Ghulam Nabi Memon has taken notice of the incident, calling it “very wrong”.
He said explanation will be sought from the SSP over his objectionable content.
It is also unclear where the political gathering was held in Sindh.
