LAHORE (Web Desk) – Residents of Lahore received respite from the sweltering heat as the rain of the monsoon season turned the weather pleasant here on Thursday (Today).
Different parts of the city including Defence,Gulberg, Gawalmandi, Lakshmi chowk, Samanabad, Davis road received torrential downpour. The heat stricken locals took to social media platform to share the joy after rain.

Following the showers, electricity supply was interrupted at scattered places.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Metrological Department has predicted rain in Karachi as well in next few days.
