Woman gives birth to five children in Lahore

LAHORE – A woman has given birth to five children in Lahore, and the family is extremely grateful to Allah Almighty over the unique blessing.

Rasheeda was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore yesterday after she complained of labour pains.

The doctors, who started delivering the babies, found she was carrying not one but five babies.

However, one baby died during the delivery, while the other four, two boys and two girls, are stable and have been shifted to the pediatric ward. The mother is also in stable condition.

Earlier in March this year, an expectant mother had given birth to quadruplets, including two boys and two girls in Timergara, an area of Lower Dir.
