Couter Terrorism Department arrest 4 terrorists during operation in Korangi

KARACHI (Web Desk) - Counter Terrorism Department has arrested four terrorists belonging to banned outfit from Korangi.

SSP Usman Bajwa claimed that terrorists were involved in explosion in Rummy Club Ghas Mandi, due to which 15 people had been killed, while several injured, abbtakk tv reported.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, SSP CTD Usman Bajwa told that Counter Terrorism Department carried out operation at Chamra roundabout Korangi and arrested four terrorists.

The arrested terrorists belonged to banned Tehreek-e-Taliban and banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.

According to CTD In-charge, the arrested terrorists included Mohammed Shahid alias Zubair, Mohammed Ali, Manzoor Ahmed Achakzai, Usmani Ghani alias Baba.

The detained terrorists have also admitted for bomb blasts in different areas.

SSP Usman Bajwa claimed that terrorists also exploded bomb in Nigar Cinema, during which several people have been injured.
