ABU DHABI – Green Shirts runs into the third and last ODI against West Indies with an eye at running their winning run in limited over matches and hope to accomplish a clean-sweep.

The win and a possible whitewash get added importance to the sub-continent side to improve in the ICC rankings in order to mount and seal a berth for the 2019 World Cup.

Azam’s 106-ball 117 and skipper Azhar Ali´s 109-ball 101 added 147 runs for the second wicket.

Pakistan have given a mammoth 308 runs target to West Indies, after batting first in the third and last One Day International of the three matches series against West Indies at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, here on Wednesday.

A clean sweep in the series will take Pakistan ahead of the eighth-placed West Indies.

Pakistan has made one change after fast bowler Mohammad Amir returned home due to his mother’s illness. Sohail Khan has stepped in.

The match starts at 3pm local and 4pm of Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

PTV sports and Ten Sports will telecast live action. Pakistan whitewashed West Indies 3-0 in the T20I series and followed it up with an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series.

Mohammad Amir will be missed the last game as he flown back home to attend to his mother who is seriously ill.
